Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–12 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more.

  • Orders under $50 CAD (Canada) or $50 USD (United States) may have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
